By making a booking with RR AMBULANCE SERVICES you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation policy of our services. The general cancellation policy of each service is made available on our website with details information pages.We recommend that you read the cancellation policy of the hospital carefully prior to making your booking.
RR Ambulance Services will provide a full refund up to 40 min.If a person cancels the booking of service within 40 min to 1 hour, the fee will be refunded. No refund will be provided after the limited period.

Refund Policy: Your satisfaction is guaranteed and is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our services, please call us within 1 hr so that we can discuss your issue and make it right or issue you the appropriate refund.
If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days
